At this conference, Baowu Magnesium and Estun jointly launched a new magnesium alloy robot product, the "ER4-550-MI." This robot combines Baowu Magnesium's profound technical expertise in magnesium alloy materials with Estun's innovative achievements in robotics technology. Its lightweight design reduces its weight by 11% compared to the aluminum alloy version. This robot not only improves cycle speed by 5% but also excels in vibration damping, electromagnetic shielding, and heat dissipation due to its material properties, thereby enhancing stability. Additionally, energy consumption is reduced by 10%, significantly improving operational efficiency.

Empowered by magnesium alloy, the robotics industry aims to showcase stronger competitiveness with four major advantages: "lightweight, fast, stable, and energy-saving." It seeks to bring a new solution to the industrial automation field with lighter weight, higher efficiency, and faster response.

Existem hoje 10 projetos da indústria do magnésio, com investimento total de 2,88 bilhões de yuans. Enquanto isso, o Centro de Distribuição de Ligas Leves (Magnésio) do Leste da China, com área superior a 250 acres, está prestes a iniciar as obras. Com o contínuo aperfeiçoamento da arquitetura “um instituto, um parque, uma base”, a tendência de desenvolvimento em cluster da indústria de materiais de magnésio de Lanxi torna-se cada vez mais evidente, e a expectativa é que se transforme em um novo polo de inovação tecnológica e aplicação de cenários da indústria do magnésio na região do Delta do Rio Yangtzé.
