[Li Qiang: Deepening Cooperation in Renewable Energy Batteries, Automobiles, and Photovoltaic Industries in the Greater Mekong Subregion] SMM reported on November 7 that Premier Li Qiang attended the Eighth Leadership Meeting on Economic Cooperation in the Greater Mekong Subregion in Kunming. Regarding deepening regional cooperation, Li Qiang proposed emphasizing innovation as a driving force, strengthening the alignment and coordination of innovation policies, promoting efficient flows of innovation factors, accelerating the transformation and application of innovation outcomes, and supporting and ensuring that innovation cooperation continues to deepen and become more substantial. He actively advocated for the planning, construction, and upgrading of regional power grids, deepening cooperation in renewable energy batteries, automobiles, and photovoltaic industries, expanding cooperation in emerging fields such as clean energy, smart manufacturing, big data, and smart cities, and cultivating and strengthening new drivers of regional development.
