TSMC Kicks Off Limited A16 Chip Production in US, Yield Nearing Parity with Taiwan Plant

[TSMC Begins Production of Apple A16 Chips in US Factory, Yield Rate Approaching Taiwan Plant Level] SMM September 20th news: It is reported that TSMC has started limited production of Apple's A16 chips in its Arizona factory. Once the second phase of Fab 21 Phase I in the factory is completed and put into production, the output of A16 will increase significantly. At present, the yield rate of TSMC's Arizona factory is slightly lower than that of the Taiwan factory, but the difference is not significant. It is expected that the yield rate of the factory will reach the same level as that of the Taiwan factory in the coming months.
