Spring and Autumn Electronics (603890) announced on the evening of December 9 that it intends to publicly issue convertible bonds to raise no more than 570 million yuan for the annual production of 5 million sets of automotive electronic magnesium-aluminum structure projects and supplementary liquidity.

Previously, Chunqiu Electronics said on the investor interaction platform that the company has been engaged in consumer electronics as a supplier of precision structural components and module design and manufacturing, and has been involved in new areas such as the design and manufacture of 5G communication modules and equipment. At the same time, the company joined Maanshan Hengjing in 2020, indirectly serving the field of new energy automobile parts; recently, the Shanghai subsidiary has also begun to carry out precision mold-related cooperation with Tesla supplier Shanghai Chuanliu Precision Plastics Co., Ltd. The follow-up company will further deepen the cooperation mechanism of joint research and development, independent design and mass manufacturing, and develop and expand the related business of electronic modules of new energy vehicles.
