Feasibility evaluation of aluminum-magnesium alloy new material project of Huayang New material Group Co., Ltd.

On September 10th, Huayang New Materials Group organized a review meeting on the feasibility study report of Bubble aluminum project with an annual output of 1 million square meters of Zhaofeng Aluminum Power Co., Ltd. The meeting invited domestic industry experts and scholars to take the pulse of the project for consultation, and adopted the project feasibility study report in principle. Zhang Jianqi, member of the standing committee of the party committee, deputy general manager and chairman of the trade union, Gao Yanqing, member of the standing committee of the party committee and chief accountant, and Liu Youxi, general legal adviser, attended the meeting.

Aluminum foam is a new type of structural and functional integrated material developed in recent years, which has some common characteristics of Bubble material and metal material, and has good properties such as sound absorption and noise reduction, impact resistance, fire prevention, electromagnetic compatibility, corrosion resistance and so on. It is known as one of the potential new materials in the new century and one of the strategic emerging industries determined by the country and Shanxi Province. It has been listed in the "14th five-year Plan of New Materials" of Shanxi Province. Bubble aluminum products are mainly used in transportation, aerospace, architectural decoration, metallurgy and chemical industry, electronic information and other fields.

Zhaofeng Aluminum Power Co., Ltd. in accordance with the group's overall development ideas and strategic arrangements, strictly implement the relevant requirements of the Shanxi provincial party committee and provincial government on the transformation and development of Guoxin Road, and cooperate with Qingyan Manufacturing Industry Research Institute (Yangquan) Co., Ltd., jointly introduce Bubble aluminum technology from Li Yanxiang team of School of Materials of Tsinghua University, and develop and build a Bubble aluminum project with an annual output of 1 million square meters.

At the evaluation meeting, experts and scholars from Bubble's aluminum industry, environmental protection and economics started from the nature of technology, the necessity of implementation, the economy of construction, and the risk of investment by means of network video. Put forward questions, express opinions, give suggestions.

Experts believe that the products of the project have broad market prospects and are in line with national and local industrial policies, and the R & D strength of technical support units and the comprehensive strength of construction units are strong, and they have obvious comprehensive competitive advantages.

After careful discussion, the experts at the meeting agreed that the feasibility study report of the project passed the review.

The meeting pointed out that the implementation of the project is in line with the transformation and upgrading direction of the group, is in line with the "six new" industrial development ideas put forward by Shanxi Province, and is of great significance to promoting the development of aluminum-magnesium alloy new materials industry. It is necessary to speed up the relevant materials, make the feasibility study report more forward-looking, scientific and operational, and lay the foundation for the rapid construction and future operation of the project.
