SHANGHAI, May 3 (SMM) - Only four silicon metal manufacturers in Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province now remain in production, SMM learned.
Most of the remaining silicon plants have no plan for restart due to electric price reason. They will not return to production until early June at the earliest.
