[Cu] China Imports 282,828 mt of Refined Copper in September, up 152% YoY

SHANGHAI, Oct. 26 -- According to China Customs, China's imports of refined copper were 282,828 mt during September, up 152.11% YoY. China's imports of primary aluminum were 117,004 mt during September, up 2,370.96% YoY; exports of primary aluminum were 2,255 mt, down 73.27% YoY.

    According to China Customs, China's imports of refined zinc were 35,652 mt during September, up 4.78% YoY. China's imports of refined lead were 5,938 mt during September, down 5.43% YoY. Imports of unwrought nickel were 20,491 mt, up 96.38% YoY.

    Previously, China Customs released that China's imports of refined copper were 219,731 mt during August, up 152.08% YoY. China's imports of primary aluminum were 117,213 mt during August, up 700.18% YoY; exports of primary aluminum were 530 mt, down 93.28% YoY.

    In addition, China's imports of refined zinc were 30,516 mt during August, up 18.28% YoY. China's imports of refined lead were 5,220 mt during August, up 200.65% YoY. Imports of unwrought nickel were 22,703 mt, up 236.43% YoY.
