






SHANGHAI, Sept. 14 (SMM) -- North China, today 1# scrap copper was traded at RMB 43,700-44,000/mt, both buyers and suppliers were cautious given plunging scrap copper prices, with mixed offers in the market, and actual trading sentiment was slim.
East China, today 1# scrap copper was traded at RMB 43,700-44,000/mt, traders were reluctant to sell goods, while downstream manufacturers stood on sidelines, with low purchasing interest, resulting in low trading activity.
South China, today 1# scrap copper was traded at RMB 44,600-44,800/mt, buyers faced difficulties in replenishing stocks when prices were low, leading to low purchasing interest, and cargo-holders were reluctant to sell goods, so transactions were limited as a result.
