






SHANGHAI, Aug. 25 (SMM) -- LME copper prices tracked yesterday’s upward trend propelled by rising stock markets. LME copper three-month contract prices closed at USD 6,375/mt, up USD 70/mt. LME copper inventories declined by 400mt, bringing total inventories to 292,725mt. Copper prices rebounded again, and market struggles intensified. Both US dollar and stock markets remained major factors for LME copper prices trend, and copper prices will likely climb in view of recent positive economic data.
