






SHANGHAI, Aug. 7 (SMM) -- Base metals prices were dragged down by rebounding US dollar and falling stock markets. Market players were concerns about the upcoming non-farm employment data, exerting negative impact on LME copper market. LME copper three-month contract prices closed at USD 6,055/mt, down USD 140/mt. LME copper inventories declined by 725mt, bringing total inventories to 284,375mt. SHFE copper prices will fluctuate lower today following LME copper price trend.
