SHANGHAI, July 14 (CBI China) -- North China today 1# bright copper was traded at RMB 37,400-37,600/mt, scrap copper supply remained tight, and downstream consumption was good. Scrap copper prices remained unchanged, contributing to the stable transactions.
East China today 1# bright copper was traded at RMB 37,400-37,600/mt, downstream consumers found market prices were still unchanged after several-day wait-and-see, and began purchasing, so transactions were moderate.
South China today 1# bright copper was traded at RMB 37,700-37,900/mt, inquiries were up due to firm SHFE copper price, but higher scrap copper price restricted transactions, so trading volumes were limited.
