[Ni] CBI Morning Review - 2009/7/7 Nickel Market

SHANGHAI, July 7 (CBI China) -- Overnight LME nickel price recovered after hit the bottom line, and gained most of losses at closing. LME nickel price closed at USD 15,900/mt, down 1.24%. The unfavorable non-farm employment data released by the US last week remained a major factor to dampen nickel price. Technically, LME nickel price will fluctuate around USD 16,000/mt in the short term. Particular attentions should be focused on the G8 Summit and China’s trade data during this week.
