






SHANGHAI, July 7 (CBI China) -- LME copper price fell affected by stronger US dollar and falling stock markets. LME three-month contract copper price closed at USD 4,945/mt, down USD 15/mt. LME inventories increased by 900mt, bring total inventories to 269,175mt. The increases in copper inventories and stronger US dollar exerted downward pressure on copper price. The preliminary data for copper import and export will be released in late this week, which is expected to have effect on market trend.
