[Zn] News Express - Zhufeng Zinc Industry Company

SHANGHAI, July 2 (CBI China) -- A set of zinc smelting facilities with capacity of 40kt/yr at Qinghai Zhufeng Zinc Industry Company has been shut down for 20-day maintenances since early June. The company has resumed production at full capacity yesterday, and 30-40% of the company’s full capacity has been affected during maintenance period. An official from the company said the current bearish spot market will likely continue in the near future.
