May Output Down at Jiangxi Copper, Tongling Nonferrous
JIANGXI, June 16 -- Copper output from Jiangxi Copper and Tongling Nonferrous fell in May due to maintenance but each is on track to achieve 800,000 tonnes this year, said smelter officials. Jiangxi Copper produced 62,400 tonnes of copper cathode in May, down 4% month-on-month or 1% lower year-on-year.
