SHANGHAI, June 15 (CBI China) -- Data released by Eurostat on Friday showed that the industrial output in euro zone fell by 1.9% MoM during April, while Reuters survey predicted it would fall by 0.4%. The worse-than-expected industrial output in euro zone caused the profit-takings of euro to increase, and the US dollar rebounded as well. Dampened by stronger US dollar, LME aluminum fell by USD 1,600/mt on Friday, down USD 49/mt. The inventories declined by 3,025mt to 4,269,850mt. Domestic aluminum price is expected to fall after the delivery date during this week, but with limited downward room. The price will remain high in medium term.
