SHANGHAI, May 25 (CBI China) -- Last Friday, the British credit rating has been cut, creating market concerns over the credit rating of US. Then the US dollar assets experienced sell-off activities, leading to soaring metal prices. As domestic metal consumption enters the seasonal low period, and the huge spot supply pressure still exists, metals prices will meet corrections in the medium term. Nickel price will follow the trend of US dollar. If the US dollar index can find support at 80, nickel price is expected to fall earlier and will test USD 10,000/mt over next 1-2 months.
