






SHANGHAI, May 18 (CBI China) -- North China today 1# bright copper was traded at RMB 34,200-34,500/mt, the cargo-holders were reluctant to move goods, leading to tight supply in the market. The wait-and-see attitude dominated the downstream producers, and the transactions were limited.
East China today 1# bright copper was traded at RMB 33,900-34,200/mt, the traders adhered to their offers, and the buying interest of downstream producers was sluggish, leaving slim trading sentiment.
South China today 1# bright copper was traded at RMB 33,700-33,900/mt, SHFE copper price fell, dampening the market sentiment. The cargo-holders were unwilling to sell goods at low prices, and buying interest of buyers at high prices was very limited, so the transactions were weary.
