SHANGHAI, Apr. 29 (CBI China) -- The risk avoidance sentiment caused by swine flu still dominated the market, so the crude oil, gold and stock market became soft, dragging down LME copper price. LME three-month contract copper price closed at USD 4,175/mt, down USD 135/mt. The inventories declined by 5,000mt to 420,275mt. The market price moved downward due to negative impact of swine flu. However, whether or not the impact will last for a long time remains to be seen, and the price will continue to fluctuate in the short term.
