[Al] Ningdu Plans to Build China's Aluminum Enameled Wire Production Base

SHANGHAI, Apr. 27 -- Recently, Ningdu county government introduced Ganzhou Sunjinn Special Enameled Wire Company to invest RMB 560 million to build China's aluminum enameled wire and ultra-fine copper enameled wire production base.

    This company has strong capability of R & D and product development, and its technical directors are the experts from South Korean who is the world's first aluminum enameled wire producing country, and its backbones are the top students who has a number of years experience of enameled wire production, and the company has not developed into the first-class enterprise engaged in the production of various kinds of high-quality enameled aluminum wire and copper clad aluminum (CCA) round wire. 

    The production will focus on high-end products, special enameled wire. The categories are: 

    (1) 220 grade polyester-imide enameled round aluminum wire over-coated with polyamide;  

    (2) 180 grade solderable polyester-imide enameled round aluminum wire;  

    (3) Ultra-fine enameled aluminum wire specifications: φ0.080 ~ 0.130mm;  

    (4) Ultra-large enameled aluminum wire specifications: φ3.50 ~ 5.50mm; 

    (5) Ultra-fine enameled copper wire specifications: φ0.012 ~ 0.030mm;  

    There are a total of 70 enameled aluminum wire production lines and 100 ultra-fine enameled copper wire production lines, with amount of investment RMB 560 million and annual production of 24kt of enameled aluminum wire and 144mt of ultra-fine enameled copper wire.
