SHANGHAI, Apr. 20 (CBI China) -- Domestic selenium dioxide supply was relatively tight, and the price of downstream refined manganese rose as well, so the price for selenium dioxide is expected to rise.
Sources report that major producers in Guixi and Changsha had no spot goods for the market, and the domestic traders had very limited spot goods in hand recently, leading to tight spot supply. The rising refined manganese price helped support the price of selenium dioxide to rise. The suppliers with spot goods in hand will lift prices today, and the traded prices are expected to rise to RMB 250/kg.
