






SHANGHAI, Apr. 3 (CBI China) -- The market price of domestic high carbon ferrochrome continued to fall due to short demand and the competition of imported ferrochrome with the price in the RMB 5,800-6,000/mt (50 basic price), and the producers had to accept passively. Sources report that the South Africa and India strived to take up more Chinese market shares due to sluggish overall sentiment. recently, the Chinese port price of ferrochrome from India fell to USD 0.54-0.55/lbs, while the selling price of ferrochrome from South Africa was USD 0.52-0.54/lbs. The transactions were limited in general.
