LIMA, Sept. 9 -- Peruvian miner Volcan (VOL_pb.LM: Quote), the world's fourth-biggest producer of zinc and silver, said on Wednesday its output of the metals should be stable next year.

Volcan sees 2010 silver production at 21 million ounces and zinc output at 700,000 tonnes.

"Output will be very similar from this year's levels," Volcan General Manager Juan Jose Herrera told reporters.
