SHANGHAI, July 6 -- The Aluminum Corporation of China (Chinalco) is competing with China Minmetals Corporation (Minmetals) to take control of state-owned Beijing General Research Institute of Mining & Metallurgy (BGRIMM), state media reported on July 6.
