Rusal Accuses Norilsk Management Of Manipulating Board Vote
MOSCOW,Jun. 29 -- Russian aluminum giant UC Rusal LTD (0486.HK), which owns a 25% stake in arctic miner OAO Norilsk Nickel (GMKN.RS), late Monday accused the company's management of "manipulation" in the voting for the board, in which former chairman Alexander Voloshin was ousted.
