Guangxi Province Sets Aluminum Semis Output Target for 2010

SHANGHAI, June 1 -- Guangxi province has formed annual production capacity of 5.8 million mt of alumina, 850 kt of aluminum, and 700 kt of aluminum semis currently.

Guangxi nonferrous metals industry plan details the output target for 2012: 7 million mt of alumina and 900 kt of aluminum semis. The output target for 2015 is also detailed: 8 million mt of alumina and 1.2 million mt of aluminum semis.
