2010 February Ni Output Data Analysis
SHANGHAI, Mar. 30 (SMM) --
Nickel Ore
According to data from the China Nonferrous Metal Industry Association (CNIA), China's output of nickel concentrate in February was 6,523 mt, down 16.15% MoM. YTD output was 14.3 kt, down 1.5% YoY. Current output levels of nickel concentrate are relatively stable and on par with 2009 levels.
Refined Nickel
According to data from the China Nonferrous Metal Industry Association (CNIA), China's output of refined nickel in February was 11.93 kt, while YTD output was 24.65 kt, down 0.74% YoY. Current output levels are relatively stable and on par with 2009 levels.
