China Chrome Ore Imports down 7.6% in Feb

SHANGHAI, Mar. 23 -- China's February chrome ore imports fell by 7.6% MoM on higher ore prices.

China's chrome ore and concentrate imports were 584,576 mt for the month, down 48,191 mt  MoM, but 192% higher YoY, according to the figures from Chinese customs.

High-carbon ferro-chrome imports in February of 178,152 tonnes were 4% or 7,802 tonnes down on January, but 77% higher year-on-year.
