SYDNEY, Mar. 15 -- Australia-listed zinc miner CBH Resources (CBH.AX: Quote) said on Friday that Belgian metals group Nyrstar (NYR.BR: Quote) (NYR.BR: Quote) has raised its takeover offer by 44 percent to A$0.195 per share.

Nyrstar had originally offered A$0.135 a share in December last year but CBH rejected the offer and instead sold its yet-to-be developed Rasp Zinc mine to Toho Zinc (5707.T: Quote), its largest shareholder with 23 percent, to raise cash.
