Offers of Mn, Se, Si, Co in European Market (2010-1-27)

SHANGHAI, Jan. 28 -- EMM (99.7%) was offered in the USD 2,850-2,950/mt range in the warehouse of Rotterdam.

Offers of selenium (Se ≥99.5%) in Europe were in the USD 28-30 /lbs range. According to SMM, current traded prices were around USD 30/lbs.

Silicon Metal was offered in the EUR 1,750-1,850/mt range in Europe; Silicon Metal was offered in the USD 1.22-1.25/lbs range in the US; Silicon Metal (FOB) was offered in the USD 2,120-2,180/mt range in Hong Kong.

Ex warehouse of cobalt metal (Co ≥99.8%) was in the USD 22.5-23.5 /lbs range in Europe; ex warehouse of cobalt metal (Co ≥99.3%) was in the USD 21.75-22.6 /lbs range; cobalt concentrate (Co ≥8%) CIF at Chinese ports was in the USD 13-13.5 /lbs range.
