China Imports of Unwrought Aluminum and Aluminum Semis in December at 117,016 mt

SHANGHAI, Jan. 11 -- According to the data released by the General Administration of Customs on January 10th, China's alumina imports were 350 kt during December 2009, and YTD imports were 5.14 million mt, up 12.1% YoY.

China's imports of unwrought aluminum and aluminum semis were 117,016 mt during December 2009, and YTD imports were 2,230,800 mt, up 164.1% YoY.

China's imports of scrap aluminum were 117,016 mt during December 2009, and YTD imports were 2.63 million mt, up 21.9% YoY.

China's exports of unwrought aluminum were 64,720 mt during December 2009, and YTD exports were 310,240 mt, down 63.1% YoY.
