SHANGHAI, Jun. 26 (SMM) --
Refined Copper:
China's imports of refined copper were 337.2kt during May, up 258.01% YoY.  YTD imports were 1.4 million mt, up 129.68% YoY. Copper imports hit a record high again, with the previous SHFE/LME copper price ratio favorable for imports.  Although large volumes of contracted copper arrived at ports during May, imports of refined copper will decrease gradually during June along with the falling SHFE/LME price ratio and the approach of the seasonal low demand period.
