[SMM Computing Power Flash] Jinan H20-141G Monthly Rent 52,000 Yuan, 3-Year Lease Intent Under Discussion

SMM has learned that a carrier equipment room in Jinan, Shandong currently has one H20-141G complete machine available for lease, with a monthly rent of 52,000 yuan, a one-month deposit and three months' rent paid in advance, test delivery support, 100M dedicated bandwidth at 25 yuan/month and shared bandwidth at 20 yuan/month (12-month term), and line access limited to the carrier's own network. A downstream client of an IDC service provider is interested in leasing the entire unit for a three-year term. The current price is already within the client's budget, and the commercial process is still advancing. SMM believes that for a single-unit H20-141G lease, the process from inquiry to contract signing is relatively long, and after the price is agreed, the transaction pace mainly depends on the client's internal procedures.

SMM learned that 38 RTX 5090 turbo cards in South China are being offered for sale at 48,000 yuan per card, with the seller indicating that prices for this batch continue to decline. Turbo cards are used in both servers and workstations. SMM learned that on November 4, a cloud service channel reported an annual rental quote of approximately 100,000 yuan/month for an 8-card NVIDIA H100 80GB HBM3 server, with similar resources priced at around 92,000 yuan/month this week. The resource is offered on an annual rental basis, not a long-term lease, and is configured with two Intel Xeon Platinum 8468 processors and 2048GB of DDR5 memory.
