[SMM Hydrogen Policy Express] Handan Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology: Announcement of the Distribution Plan for the Fourth-Year Fuel Cell Vehicle Demonstration and Application Reward Funds

Recently, Handan Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology officially released the public notice of the city's fourth annual fuel cell vehicle demonstration application reward fund allocation plan, publicly informing eligible applicant enterprises and corresponding subsidy schemes for this year. The total amount of reward funds involved in this public notice is 4.24 million yuan, with funding sources covering both central and provincial fiscal reward funds.

According to the public notice, the allocation of reward funds this time mainly focuses on two directions: the promotion and application of fuel cell vehicles and the refueling of hydrogen for vehicles. Among them, Wu'an Xinzhi Green Energy Industry Development Co., Ltd. submitted an application for the fuel cell vehicle project; Huafeng Clean Energy Co., Ltd. and Dexin Hydrogen Energy Technology (Hebei) Co., Ltd. applied for the amount of hydrogen refueling for vehicles. After review by the competent authorities item by item, the application materials submitted by the three enterprises mentioned above are all complete, and all conditions meet the requirements of relevant policies of the state, Hebei Province, and Handan City, and the reward funds are planned to be disbursed according to the established procedures.

This public notice is an important part of Handan City's continuous promotion of fuel cell vehicle demonstration application work. Through the precise allocation of fiscal reward funds, the local government aims to further reduce the costs of fuel cell vehicle operation and hydrogen refueling, encourage more market entities to participate in the construction of the hydrogen energy transportation system, and promote the orderly development of the regional hydrogen energy industry.
