[SMM Rare Earth Afternoon Trading Comment] In the afternoon, the actual Pr-Nd oxide trading range was concentrated at 718,000-720,000 yuan/mt, with low actual trading volume. Most market participants remained pessimistic about the short-term outlook, and some traders continued to sell at low prices. In the gadolinium oxide market, there was significant pressure to push for lower prices in inquiries, but upstream offers were relatively firm, with the actual trading range concentrated at 193,000-195,000 yuan/mt. In the afternoon, Pr-Nd alloy inquiries remained sluggish. Coupled with a pullback in raw material prices, alloy enterprises lowered their offers to 870,000-880,000 yuan/mt, and actual trading remained stagnant. In the gadolinium-iron market, inquiries were still sparse, and prices were lowered to 188,000-190,000 yuan/mt.

[Pr-Nd series: firm quotes, weak transactions; medium-heavy rare earths steady; magnetic materials slightly recover] Yesterday, influenced by the relatively firm price of Pr-Nd oxide, quotes from metal enterprises saw no significant adjustments. However, downstream purchasing attitudes remained cautious, leading to lackluster market transactions and a sluggish trading atmosphere. In the medium-heavy rare earth market, although inquiry activity remained limited, suppliers' quotes were relatively firm, and the overall market operated stably.
