[SMM Steel] Vietnam HRC Market Remains Cautious as Import Prices Edge Lower

[Vietnam] Vietnam’s HRC market remained cautious, with the SAE1006 import assessment falling by 1 USD/tonne to 509 USD/tonne CFR. Indonesian offers declined to 505–510 USD/tonne CFR, with deals concluded within this range, while Indian material was indicated at 510 USD/tonne CFR. Most Vietnamese buyers delayed procurement while awaiting new monthly offers from a major domestic producer, keeping near-term trading activity subdued.
