Public information shows that the company's business scope includes power generation, transmission, and supply (distribution) businesses, as well as sales of hydrogen refueling station facilities, sales of hydrogen storage facilities, energy storage technical services, battery manufacturing and other businesses, covering new energy development, hydrogen energy infrastructure, and energy storage-related industries, providing operational entity support for subsequent business expansion.
Equity information shows that China Energy Engineering (Jiuquan) New Energy Co., Ltd. was jointly funded and established by China Power Engineering Consulting Group Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Energy Engineering, and Juling New Energy (Jiuquan) Co., Ltd. Among them, China Power Engineering Consulting Group Co., Ltd. holds a 90% stake, and Juling New Energy (Jiuquan) Co., Ltd. holds a 10% stake.
