[Lithium Battery: 2GWh Lithium Battery Module Smart Factory Project Lands In Zaozhuang, Shandong]

On July 8, the Zaozhuang Municipal Natural Resources and Planning Bureau issued the post-approval public notice for the 2GWh lithium battery module smart factory technological transformation project (Phase I). This project is invested and constructed by Shandong Haidi New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., with a total investment of 150 million yuan, covering an area of 37 mu. The main products of the project are energy storage batteries and large-scale power batteries. Upon completion, the annual output value is expected to reach 500 million yuan, with tax and profit of 30 million yuan and export value of 460 million yuan. Previously, Shandong Haidi New Energy had signed a construction agreement for a "6GWh Lithium Battery Module Smart Factory" with Xuecheng District, Zaozhuang City. The 2GWh project now under public notice is the first phase of this plan.
