[SMM Copper Cathode Rod Flash] Due to the fact that enterprises that previously cut production have not yet resumed production and new orders were insufficient, the recovery in operating rates fell short of expectations. Wire and cable and enamelled wire producers marginally sustained production based on existing orders. This week, the operating rate of copper cathode rod rose 0.38 percentage points WoW to 65.61%.
