Published: Jun 10, 2026 14:39
On June 9, Anhui INLIF Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. held a board of directors meeting and formally terminated the overseas new energy joint venture investment project of its wholly-owned subsidiary. The main content of this terminated overseas investment project was for the wholly-owned subsidiary, Anhui Feimi New Energy Technology Co., Ltd., to join hands with Rhine Holding Co., Ltd. to establish a venture, setting up Netherlands Feimi New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. During project advancement, due to changes in objective implementation conditions, the project failed to make substantial progress. The target company has not yet been established, and INLIF has not invested any funds. Based on considerations of preventing investment risks and optimizing resource allocation, and through friendly consultations between the two parties, a final decision was made to terminate this cooperation.

[Storage: EDF signs PPAs for 400MW solar and 1.6GWh BESS project]
EDF power solutions North America has signed two 25-year PPAs with Nevada utility NV Energy for the Winston Energy Project in Lyon County, Nevada. The project will combine 400MW AC of solar PV with a 400MW/1,600MWh battery storage system, with commercial operation targeted for October 2029. Once completed, it is expected to generate close to 1,110,000MWh annually and supply electricity to NV Energy customers. SMM believes large solar-plus-storage projects in the US West are securing revenues through long-term utility PPAs, with four-hour storage continuing to improve dispatchability and grid value.

[EVE: Energy Storage Orders Sufficient, Orders on Hand Exceed Existing Capacity] EVE recently stated in a conference call that the company currently has sufficient energy storage orders, with orders on hand exceeding existing capacity. It expects energy storage shipments to grow significantly next year, with growth rate mainly depending on the pace of capacity release. Regionally, the proportion of outside China will also increase this year, mainly benefiting from the ramp-up of international clients. The company's energy storage segment growth is primarily concentrated in emerging fields such as electricity ESS, grid-forming ESS, and AIDC.
