Xinhongye: Subsidiary Won the Bid for a 41.88 Million Yuan Nuclear Power Cable Project

Xinhongye announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Jiangsu Huaguang Cable & Electric Co., Ltd. recently received a bid winning notification issued by Shanghai Nuclear Engineering Research and Design Institute Co., Ltd., winning the tender for the "SNERDI Haiyang Nuclear Power Units 3 and 4 BOP Cable and Conventional Island Cable Project," with a winning bid amount of 41.89 million yuan. Currently, the counterparty is in good operating and financial condition with the ability to fulfill the contract. The project falls within the company's core business, and its signing and implementation will have a positive impact on future operations. As of the announcement date, no formal contract has been signed for the project, and the company will disclose further progress.
