Policy Review
1. The MIIT issued guidance on carrying out zero-carbon factory construction. The guidance points out that, under the premise of ensuring safe supply of energy and electricity, factories need to promote the green and low-carbon transformation of their energy use structure to achieve carbon reduction at the source. Factories are encouraged to access zero-carbon electricity, heat, and other supplies, develop distributed PV, decentralized wind power, and other renewable energy sources according to local conditions, and explore direct green electricity connection models to increase the proportion of usage.
