






Recently, Hubei Intelli Electrical Co., Ltd. announced exciting news: it has successfully won the bid for the Uxin Banner Wind and Solar Power Hydrogen Production Integrated Project of Zhongtian Hechuang Energy Co., Ltd. The company will provide multiple sets of 1,000 Nm³ IGBT-based hydrogen production power supplies for this national demonstration project, offering core equipment support to ensure the stable operation of the green electricity hydrogen production process.
It is reported that the Zhongtian Hechuang Uxin Banner Wind and Solar Power Hydrogen Production Integrated Project has been selected as one of the first national hydrogen energy pilot projects in the energy sector. It is a significant demonstration project aimed at implementing the "dual carbon" strategy, building a green energy system, and promoting the large-scale development of green hydrogen. With a total investment of 1.69 billion yuan, the project leverages Ordos' abundant wind and solar resources and is planned to include 450 MW of wind power and 236.8 MW of PV power generation. Using alkaline water electrolysis technology, it is expected to produce 30,000 mt of green hydrogen annually. Upon completion, the project will reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 1.22 million mt each year, playing a crucial role in regional energy transition and industrial upgrading.
Notably, wind and solar power generation inherently features output volatility, which imposes stringent requirements on the dynamic response speed, power quality stability, and grid adaptability of the accompanying hydrogen production power supplies. The hydrogen production power supply secured by Intelli in this bid, leveraging an advanced IGBT-PWM solution, offers core advantages such as high power factor, low harmonic distortion, and fast dynamic response. It can precisely match the output variations of new energy generation, effectively mitigate the impact of wind and solar power fluctuations on the hydrogen production system, and ensure continuous and stable operation of the hydrogen production process, perfectly aligning with the project's technical requirements.
