【SMM Aluminium Flash News】Lizhong Group: Subsidiary signs strategic cooperation agreement with leading domestic new energy vehicle company

Lizhong Group announced on the evening of January 18th that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Hebei Lizhong Alloy Group Co., Ltd., signed a "Strategic Cooperation Agreement for a Joint Innovation Laboratory" with a leading domestic new energy vehicle manufacturer. The two parties will jointly promote the research, development, production, and application technologies of aluminum alloys for automobiles. The announcement indicates that the laboratory aims to rationally allocate the talent and resources of both parties, leverage their respective technological advantages, and promote the production and application of aluminum alloy components for automobiles to achieve mutual benefit and win-win results. This agreement is a framework agreement; subsequent specific cooperation and project progress still need further negotiation and determination, and it is not expected to have a significant impact on this year's operating results.
