In January 2026, Shaanxi Xuqiangrui Clean Energy Group Co., Ltd. officially delivered and put into operation its second batch of 20 hydrogen-powered heavy-duty trucks. This move not only implemented the work deployment of the Hancheng City Hydrogen Energy Industry Chain Joint Party Committee, serving as a key step in promoting the large-scale demonstration of hydrogen energy transportation, but also constituted a core component of its national-level hydrogen energy pilot project, "Comprehensive Development of Clean and Low-Carbon Hydrogen." It signified that the construction of Hancheng's hydrogen energy logistics system had entered a new stage of accelerated expansion and increased capacity.

Empowered by Independent Technology, Balancing Efficiency and Environmental Protection

This batch of hydrogen-powered heavy-duty trucks was equipped with hydrogen fuel cell stacks independently developed and mass-produced by the group's subsidiary, Shaanxi Xuqiangrui Hydrogen Era Technology Co., Ltd. They adopted a "dual 78 kW stack" architecture, providing stable and powerful power output. The tested comprehensive driving range reached 450-500 kilometers, with hydrogen consumption controlled at 8-9 kg per 100 kilometers, achieving zero carbon emissions while balancing operational economy and reliability. Relying on its independently built fully automated production line and technical cooperation with the team of Academician Tao Wenquan from Xi'an Jiaotong University, Xuqiangrui Hydrogen Era's stack products achieved domestically advanced performance levels, laying a solid foundation for commercial promotion.

Intelligent Scenario Integration, Building a Zero-Carbon Transportation Network

The vehicles will be fully deployed for industrial logistics and bulk material transportation in Hancheng and surrounding areas, connecting key industrial parks and regional logistics hubs, and establishing an integrated hydrogen energy transportation network combining "short-distance shuttle + trunk line" operations. Leveraging the Xuqiangrui Hydrogen Vehicle Digital Intelligence Transport Capacity Platform, informatization empowers transport efficiency, achieving concentrated transport capacity and digitalized management. This further improves the operational scenarios of the "Xi'an-Weinan-Hancheng Intercity Hydrogen Corridor," providing support for the green transformation of regional industries.

Full-Chain Closed-Loop Efforts, Jointly Building a Hydrogen Energy Ecosystem

As the "chain master" enterprise in Hancheng's hydrogen energy industry, Xuqiangrui has established an entire industry chain layout encompassing "production-storage-refueling-application," with an annual hydrogen production capacity reaching 200 million cubic meters. The hydrogen purity exceeds 99.999% and has obtained green hydrogen certification. This large-scale deployment represents an important practice in deepening the industry chain closed-loop and responding to the "dual carbon" goals. In the future, the enterprise will continue to collaborate with government and corporate partners, expanding the application of hydrogen energy in transportation, industry, and other scenarios. It aims to assist Shaanxi in building a technologically independent and ecologically synergistic hydrogen energy industry system, injecting "hydrogen" power into the green and high-quality development of the Yellow River Basin.
