Chengdong Investment Corp Divests 1% Stake in BUMI Shares

[SMM Aluminum Express News] Chinese institutional investor Chengdong Investment Corp (via HSBC-Fund A/C Chengdong Investment Corp-Self) reported 17 divestment transactions in PT Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI) shares from December 23, 2025, to January 8, 2026. According to shareholding reports submitted to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and OJK on January 13, 2026, Chengdong divested a total of 3,713,353,900 shares (equivalent to 1% voting rights), reducing its stake from 22.276 billion shares (5.99%) to 18.563 billion shares (4.99%).
