Guoqing Technology Holds Cadre Meeting, Yang Yufeng Appointed Concurrently as Party Committee Secretary and Recommended as Candidate for Chairman of the Board

On January 12, 2026, SPIC Hydrogen Energy Technology Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “SPIC Hydrogen”) convened a cadres meeting. Liu Feng, member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy General Manager of SPIC, attended the meeting and delivered a speech, while Gao Xiaoqiang, Deputy Director of the Group's Human Resources Department, presided over the meeting.

At the meeting, Gao Xiaoqiang first reported on the construction plan for the green hydrogen-based energy industry platform, then announced the Party Leadership Group's decisions regarding personnel appointments and removals: Comrade Yang Yufeng was appointed as Secretary of the Party Committee of SPIC Hydrogen while also being recommended as a candidate for Chairman, with subsequent procedures to be completed in accordance with legal processes; Comrade Li Lianrong was appointed as Director of SPIC Hydrogen; Comrade Zhang Yinguang was temporarily assigned to oversee the daily operations of the management team. All appointments and removals are subject to relevant legal procedures.
