Tuojie Xinneng Completes Tens of Millions of Yuan in Angel Round Financing, with Walden International Leading the Investment to Empower the Industrialisation of Hydrogen Internal Combustion Engines

Recently, Shanghai Tuojie New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tuojie New Energy") announced the completion of tens of millions of yuan in angel round financing. This round was led by the internationally top-tier investment institution Walden International. The raised funds will be primarily invested in the R&D of the hydrogen internal combustion engine complete machine platform and core parts, while also supporting team building, application development, and market expansion, injecting strong momentum into the enterprise's industrialisation process.

After hydrogen energy was included in the basic energy sequence of the "Energy Law," China's hydrogen energy industry entered a period of rapid development. In October 2025, the proposal for the 15th Five-Year Plan clearly suggested making forward-looking layouts for future industries such as hydrogen energy, promoting the industry's transition from pilot exploration to commercial landing. As a major manufacturer of internal combustion engines, China's internal combustion engine sales from January to November 2025 exceeded 49 million units, up 14.1% YoY.
