Shaanxi Hydrogen Energy Holds Talks with Baoji Municipal Government to Jointly Promote High-Quality Development of the Hydrogen Energy Entire Industry Chain

On January 6, 2026, Huang Ye, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Shaanxi Hydrogen Energy, led a delegation to visit Wang Yong, Deputy Secretary of the Baoji Municipal Party Committee and Mayor. The two sides reached a consensus on cooperation in the field of hydrogen energy. Although no formal document was issued, the consensus from the government-enterprise discussion will drive the implementation of cooperation.

Wang Yong welcomed Huang Ye and his delegation, pointing out that Baoji, as a core city of the Guanzhong Plain and an industrial base in Northwest China, has prominent advantages in equipment manufacturing and other fields, which aligns highly with Shaanxi Hydrogen Energy's strategy. Hydrogen energy is an important means to cultivate new quality productive forces, and the Baoji Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government attach great importance to it, pledging to accelerate industrial development. Wang Yong emphasized that a special task force will be established in accordance with the requirements of "acting promptly, continuing to plan, and pushing forward with full effort," to optimize the business environment, safeguard the cooperation between the two sides, and promote the effective implementation of the hydrogen energy industry.

Huang Ye introduced the company's development history, entire industry chain layout, and the 15th Five-Year Plan, stating that Shaanxi Hydrogen Energy adheres to the concept of green development and, leveraging the advantages of a provincial platform, has established a closed-loop hydrogen ecosystem with multiple demonstration projects steadily advancing. Huang Ye expressed that the company will utilize its resource integration strengths, combined with Baoji's industrial elements, to deploy projects such as equipment manufacturing and hydrogen-electric coupling energy stations, working together to create industry benchmarks and contribute to the province's 100-billion-yuan hydrogen energy cluster.

Relevant leaders from Baoji City and Fengxiang District, as well as responsible persons from relevant departments of Shaanxi Hydrogen Energy, attended the meeting. This discussion laid the foundation for deepening cooperation between the two sides and will facilitate the coordinated development of the entire hydrogen energy chain.

Baoji City, leveraging its position as a core city of the Guanzhong Plain urban agglomeration and an important industrial base in Northwest China, will capitalize on advantages inequipment manufacturing, transportation and logistics, and industrial foundation, aligning with Shaanxi Hydrogen Energy's strategic layout;
