Recently, LONGi Hydrogen Energy successfully completed the shipment of its first electrolytic water hydrogen production equipment in Europe. The core equipment delivered in this shipment was a 5MW alkaline electrolytic water hydrogen production system. This project involved targeted optimization of product compliance, engineering design, and the entire delivery service process, marking a critical step for LONGi Hydrogen Energy in transitioning from market presence to actual implementation in Europe. It demonstrates the company's robust engineering capabilities in precisely serving the needs of Europe's green transformation.
To meet Europe's stringent market standards, the equipment adopts a comprehensive compliance design, strictly adhering to CE standards. The electrolyzer follows ASME design specifications and has successfully passed CE PED certification, fully meeting European regulations and engineering application requirements in key areas such as structural safety, pressure-bearing systems, and manufacturing quality, providing a solid guarantee for the long-term stable operation of the project.
Additionally, the design principles for key systems and material selection deeply reference high standards such as those from EIGA. Through multiple rounds of communication and validation with the user's technical team, the system is fully adapted to European application scenarios, ensuring excellent safety, reliability, and long-term maintainability.
Addressing the high demands of European projects for delivery certainty and controllability, LONGi Hydrogen Energy has developed an integrated delivery solution that covers the entire process from equipment dispatch, transportation organization, packaging solutions, to on-site arrival. It fully considers the challenges of cross-border transportation and on-site coordination, helping customers significantly reduce project management and coordination costs, and achieving an efficient "ready-to-use upon arrival" delivery experience.
To meet localization needs, delivery documents are provided in the local language, accompanied by well-structured, intuitive, and user-friendly operation and maintenance guides that comprehensively cover equipment usage and long-term operational scenarios, further enhancing project delivery and operational efficiency.
The project team, incorporating multiple internal reviews and feedback from user-side experts, optimized the system structure and framework design based on actual site conditions. The layout scientifically plans maintenance and operation pathways, reserves sufficient working space, and establishes specific engineering support conditions, effectively reducing maintenance time and lowering operational complexity, thereby improving the convenience of daily inspections and maintenance.
For potential risk scenarios such as high temperatures, safety protection designs have been added to key systems and components to precisely manage safety risks during operation and maintenance. This approach not only meets European maintenance specifications and ergonomic requirements but also achieves a dual enhancement of operational efficiency and personnel safety.
Ma Jun, President of LONGi Hydrogen Energy, stated that Europe is one of the most certain and stringent core markets for green hydrogen development. The successful delivery of this first complete project not only validated the company's product technology and engineering delivery capabilities, but also laid a solid foundation for deepening its presence in the European market. In the future, starting from this milestone, LONGi Hydrogen Energy will continue to support Europe in building a greener, more stable, and resilient energy system, injecting strong momentum into the global green transition.
